What we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you fill out the contact form, we store the name, email, and message you provide so we can reply. When you buy tickets we collect the information Stripe needs to process payment (your name, email, and payment details — Stripe handles the payment data, we never see your card number). We log your IP address briefly with each contact submission to prevent spam abuse.
How we use it
Contact-form messages go to our inbox so a member of Cosmic Creation can reply. Order information lets us deliver your tickets and follow up if there's an issue with your purchase. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We use a small set of services to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting + DNS + email routing), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes only what it needs to do its job, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The public site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The admin area uses one secure session cookie so we can stay logged in.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the contact-form messages or order records tied to your email at any time. Email Cosmiccreationdance@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
