Who we are
"Cosmic Creation" is a Maine-based collective focused on dance, aerial, fire, and movement performance. By using this site or buying tickets to our events you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Tickets and refunds
All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Cosmic Creation. If we cancel an event you'll get a full refund to your original payment method within ~10 business days. If we reschedule, your existing ticket is honored at the new date — let us know if the new date doesn't work and we'll refund instead. Lost or forgotten tickets can be re-emailed; reach out at Cosmiccreationdance@gmail.com.
At our events
Live performance — especially fire and aerial work — carries inherent physical risk for performers and audience members alike. Follow staff direction, keep kids close, and respect any posted safety zones. Photo and video may be taken at performances; by attending, you consent to appearing in promotional material we publish later (let staff know on arrival if you'd rather not be filmed).
Acceptable use
Don't try to break or scrape the site, abuse the contact form, or misrepresent who you are. We can refuse service or remove access if these terms are broken.

All performance, photo, and written content on this site is © Cosmic Creation or used with permission. Please don't republish without asking.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as-is" without warranty. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.

We may update these terms occasionally — the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
